I am currently the Washington D.C. based Photography Fellow with the New York Times.
Previously, I served as a freelance photojournalist for 5 years, regularly contributing to the New York Times, New York Magazine, Getty Images, Washington Post among others. My work has been included in the Best Photos of the Year by the Washington Post in 2022, Atlantic in 2022, Guardian in 2022, and in Time in 2022 and 2023. I have been selected to participate in the Eddie Adams Workshop XXXVI, New York Portfolio Review 2024, and Missouri Photo Workshop 75 (where I received the Howard Chapnick Award distinguishing “a photographer who, with exceptional honesty and integrity, explores and documents an issue or story of great social concern,” according to the MPW website.
